Austin Computers provides a wide ranges of services at a competitive rates. We don't only cover services for parts and systems purchased from Austin Computers, we also welcome services for products purchased from anywhere else.

Minimum Labour Charges (Return To Base)

Inspection Fee

All service work outside of warranty, no fault found, or software related issue such as virus infections.
(i.e. if a hard drive has been diagnosed by a customer as faulty and no fault is found by our technicians then an inspection fee will be charged)

Data Transfer / Back up

Covers retrieval & Back up of existing information to a single folder.
(in some cases not all data can be retrieved due to corrupt or invalid files)
